TODDLERS

Pirouettes

COURSE: Motor skills development
AGES: 2-3
GROUP: maximum 6 people
SPECIFICATION : Parent implication required
DATES: Saturday from 8 to 9am / 8 weeks, starting on March 14, 2020

DESCRIPTION:
Uses several sensorial objects adapted to the youngest to stimulate their fine and global motor skills development.

Cabrioles (Level 0)

COURSE: Basic trampoline skills
AGES: 4-5
GROUP: maximum 6 people
DATES: Saturday from 8 to 9am / 8 weeks, starting on March 14

PRICE: $130+tx

DESCRIPTION:
Teaches trampoline safety and uses several games to lead the child into a confident practice to start his progress toward basic jumps.

YOUTH

Champions (Level 1)

COURSE: Trampoline course for beginners
AGES: 6 and up
GROUP: maximum 6 people
DATES:
Tuesday from 5:30 to 6:30pm or
Tuesday from 6:45 to 7:45pm or
Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30pm or
Thursday from 6:45 to 7:45pm
8 weeks, starting on Tuesday March 10th

DESCRIPTION:
The aim of this course is to enhance basic jump knowledge through games and workshops.

PRE REQUISITE : None

Saltos (Level 2)

COURSE: Intermediate trampoline course
AGES: 6 and up
GROUP: maximum 6 people
DATES:
Tuesday from 5:30-6:30pm or
Tuesday from 6:45-7:45pm or
Thursday from 5:30-6:30pm or
Thursday from 6:45-7:45pm
8 weeks, starting on Tuesday March 10

DESCRIPTION:
Perfecting basic jumps and learning of front and back flips and their progressions.

PRE-REQUISITE: Beginner course (Champions level 1), other gymnastic course, or HV1 certification at O-Volt

Ninja Warrior

COURSE : Agility / Parkour
AGE : 6 – 15
GROUP : maximum 8 people
SCHEDULE : Tuesday from 6-7pm, (8 weeks / 1st course Tuesday March 10th

PRICE : $130+tx

COURSE DESCRIPTION : A mix of parkour, gymnastics and martial arts are brought together to develop the skills needed to be a Ninja Warrior! Throughout the course, the participant will increase their speed, agility and balance as well as the essential skills to practice the sport of parkour.

ADULT TRAMPOLINE

Trampo-Fitness

WHAT : Cardio training on the trampolines
GROUP : 15 participants maximum
SCHEDULE : Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm
8 weeks / 1st course Wednesday February 5th

PRICE : $136+tx

COURSE DESCRIPTION :The trainer will use the trampolines and other fitness tools and accessories to help with the workout. Trampo-fitness is an intense, simple and efficient workout. The trainer will adapt the session based on your physical capabilities.
*This course is not recommended for women given birth in the past 3 months*
