Security

The safety of our guests and employees is our priority. This is why we regularly inspect our facilities and ensure that our employees apply safety rules.

Note that any failure to follow the safety instructions may lead to immediate eviction of the facility without compensation. We invite every user to read and acknowledge our safety rules. Parents and legal guardians have the responsibility to explain the rules to the children they supervise.

Every 18+ year old guest, parents or legal guardians must acknowledge and complete the liability waiver before they access the facilities. Violations of this rule will not be tolerated signing on behalf of another person is fraud  Failure to comply to these rules may result in long term and even banishment of our facilities.

 

Safety rules

For your safety and the safety of others, we ask you to respect the following rules;

GENERAL

    • Do not run in the facility
    • Do not climb anywhere else than the designated area.
    • Wear adequate clothes: no scarf, laces, belts, open clothes or jewel. Nothing that can cling to the facilities or can be hazardous (tripping over, etc.)
    • Have your hands free, nothing in your pockets or in your mouth (chewing gum, candy, etc.)
    • Food and drinks are only allowed in the designated area.
    • Be alert and vigilant. If you are tired, abstain yourself from climbing or jumping. Keep an eye open to avoid collisions.
    • It is forbidden to use the facilities under the influence of drugs or alcohol
    • Be respectful. No pushing, fighting, etc. Wait your turn.
    • Be aware of red zones, do not climb or pass through these sections
    • ALWAYS listen to O-Volt employee instructions
    • Smile, have fun!

TRAMPOLINE

AGES 6 AND UP

PLEASE CHECK OUR WEEKLY SCHEDULE FOR AGES 6 AND UNDER
    • Bare feet or anti-slip socks required  (no regular socks)
    • Jump in the middle of the trampoline
    • Jump feet together and knees slightly bent
    • Take breaks when you are tired
    • Respect and understand your physical limitations
    • Do not touch the red mat areas around airbags
    • Flips are permitted in designated areas only
    • No double-bouncing
    • Do not jump head first into the airbags or trampolines
    • Do not sit or lay on the trampolines or mats
    • Always jump with both feet at the same time
    • No phones or cameras on the trampolines
    • No climbing or clinging to the mats
    • No backflips with propulsion (gainer flips)
    • Do not jump if you are pregnant or have any physical limitations (sprains, breaks, etc.)

DODGEBALL

AGES 6 AND UP

PLEASE CHECK OUR WEEKLY SCHEDULE FOR AGES 6 AND UNDER
    • The same rules from the TRAMPOLINE section apply to the dodgeball section
    • Please keep the dodgeballs in the dodgeball area
    • No kicking the dodgeballs, throwing with hands only
    • Do not throw the dodgeballs at other players head/face

 HIGH PERFORMANCE TRAMPOLINES

AGES 6 AND UP

    • The same rules from the TRAMPOLINE section apply to the High Performance area
    • You must be accredited to jump on the trampolines
    • One jumper per trampoline
    • No hanging from the walls

 NINJA COURSE

AGES 8 AND UP

    • Children ages 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult
    • One person per obstacle
    • Respect and understand your physical limitations
    • Do not sit or lay on the safety mats
    • Do not leave any objects on the safety mats

 SOFTPLAY

AGES 12 AND UNDER

    • Children ages 3 and under must be accompanied by an adult
    • Children ages 3 and up, adults not allowed
    • Parents are required to supervise their children at all times
    • Make sure the slide is clear before going
    • Wait your turn
    • Do not climb or hang from the safety nets
    • Do not go down the slides backwards

 BOULDERING SECTION

AGES 6 AND UP

FITNESS AND FREE WEIGHT AREA (AGES 13 AND UP)
  • Climbing shoes or indoor running shoes required (no bare feet or socks)
  • No running
  • Do not sit or lay on the safety mats
  • Do not walk under climbers
  • Keep a distance of 3 feet while climbing next to others
  • Keep chalk bags and other items off the safety mats
  • Respect and understand your physical limitations
  • Climb down when possible
  • Make sure no one is climbing on the problem before starting a climb
  • Put brushes back when you are done using them
  • No food or drinks (water only)
