Failure to comply with these regulations may lead to the permanent exclusion of the participant or responsible person from the Centers, without prior notice and without time limit, depending on the severity of the infraction(s) committed. without explicit written acceptance from the Center. Any contrary condition set by the client will therefore be unenforceable against the Center, in the absence of express acceptance, regardless of when it may have been brought to its attention. <\/li>\n<li>All adult clients must complete and sign the Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Risks (waiver) available on the website at the following address: <a href=\"https:\/\/o-volt.ca\/en\/\">https:\/\/o-volt.ca\/<\/a> before their first visit to each Center. For minor clients, the parent or legal guardian must complete and sign this document on their behalf. It is also possible to fill out a paper Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Risks form at the Center&#8217;s reception. A new signature of the document will then be required for all subsequent visits to the Center.   <\/li>\n<li>All rules posted in the Center apply. They must be read and followed at all times by all guests, participants, or responsible persons. You can watch the following video to learn about some safety guidelines to keep in mind: <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/utgEaxAAqCs?si=wl6AxFCjnZnkkhHY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_gnWiUQpSKQ<\/a>  <\/li>\n<li>The Center is not responsible for damages directly resulting from a violation of the Center&#8217;s internal regulations. In other words, the Center and\/or its employees cannot be held liable for material or immaterial damages following an accident or injury suffered by the Client if these damages result from a violation of the terms of the General Conditions, the Internal Regulations, or an abnormal use of the Center&#8217;s materials and equipment, except in cases where such damages result from a cause attributable to the Center. For more information on the risks inherent in the activities practiced in any of the Centers, please refer to the Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Risks (waiver).  <\/li>\n<li>Parental supervision for children 12 and under is mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>It is important to be in good general physical condition to participate in each of the activity areas (trampolines, ninja, agility games, or bouldering). If you have a particular condition (pregnancy, musculoskeletal problem, heart problem, etc.), it is recommended to confirm with your doctor your ability to engage in physical activity. It is up to the participant or the person responsible for them to assess whether their physical condition allows them to take part in one or more of the proposed activities.  <\/li>\n<li>It is recommended not to jump or climb if the participant feels tired.<\/li>\n<li>All food and drink consumption must take place only in designated areas.<\/li>\n<li>Boots and outdoor shoes must be kept in the locker area.<\/li>\n<li>Participants must wear appropriate clothing for sports activities: no scarves, cords, belts, open clothing, or jewelry, nothing that could get caught in the equipment or pose a strangulation risk.<\/li>\n<li>Participants must have their hands free at all times. They must also avoid objects in their pockets and\/or in their mouths (gum, candy, or other). It is also recommended to have hair tied back.  <\/li>\n<li>No GoPro cameras are allowed.<\/li>\n<li>Except for recommended shoes, no personal sports equipment can be used in the Center unless you have consulted with the staff and obtained their approval.<\/li>\n<li>Unsecured lockers are available for customers.<\/li>\n<li>The Center cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Clients must therefore be vigilant with their personal belongings. <\/li>\n<li>It is mandatory to walk at all times in the Center.<\/li>\n<li>No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be tolerated.<\/li>\n<li>No pets are allowed in the Center.<\/li>\n<li>Clients are personally responsible for their personal belongings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n                    <\/div>\n\t\t        \n                    <div id=\"trampolines-tab\" class=\"clearfix eael-tab-content-item inactive\" data-title-link=\"trampolines-tab\">\n\t\t\t\t        <h2><strong>Trampolines<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Wearing non-slip socks is highly recommended for trampoline activities (sold at reception). Otherwise, participants or clients must go barefoot on any trampoline area.
