The safety of our clients is our absolute priority!

Our safety instructions

Note that any breach of safety instructions could result in immediate expulsion without compensation. We invite all users to read them. Parents, monitors or legal guardians are responsible for explaining the instructions to the children in their care as well as supervising them.

Please note that surveillance cameras are installed throughout our centers.

Attitude and behavior

Every customer should have a respectful attitude towards everyone present. No form of harassment or physical, verbal, or psychological aggression will be tolerated in the Center

All customers/participants must be alert to what is happening around them in order to avoid any accidents.

All customers must respect the equipment within our centers. No voluntary degradation will be tolerated.

Our waiver

Please sign the acceptation of risks.

All customers 18 years of age and over should read this document. They must complete it prior to visiting the reception desk. They must also complete it for any person under the age of 18 for whom they are responsible as a parent, guardian or legal guardian.

  • Pseudonyms are prohibited;
  • Signing on behalf of another person is fraudulent.
  • No deviation from the Internal Regulations will be tolerated unless explicitly and in writing accepted by the Center. Any contrary condition set by the client will therefore, in the absence of express acceptance, be unenforceable against the Center, regardless of when it may have been brought to its attention.
  • All adult clients must complete and sign the Risk Acknowledgment and Acceptance (waiver) found on the website at the following address: https://o-volt.ca/ before their first visit to each Center. As for minor clients, the parent or legal guardian must complete and sign this document for them. It is also possible to fill out a Risk Acknowledgment and Acceptance in paper format at the Center’s reception. A new signature of the document will then be required at each visit to the Center.

  • The Center is not responsible for damages directly resulting from a violation of the Center’s internal regulations. In other words, the Center and/or its employees cannot be held responsible for material or immaterial damages resulting from an accident or injury to the Client if these damages result from a violation of the terms of the General Conditions, the Internal Regulations, or abnormal use of the Center’s equipment and facilities, except in cases where these damages result from a cause attributable to the Center. For more information on the risks inherent in activities practiced in any of the Centers, please refer to the Risk Acknowledgment and Acceptance (waiver).
  • Parental supervision for children 12 and under is mandatory.
  • It is important to have good overall physical fitness to participate in each of the activities (trampolines, ninja, agility games, or bouldering). If you have a specific condition (pregnancy, musculoskeletal issues, heart problems, etc.), it is recommended to check with your doctor about your ability to engage in physical activity. It is up to the participant or the responsible person to assess whether their physical condition allows them to take part in one or more of the proposed activities.
  • It is recommended not to jump or climb if the participant feels tired.
  • All food and drink consumption must take place only in designated areas.
  • Boots and outdoor shoes must be kept in the locker area.
  • Participants must wear appropriate clothing for sports activities: no scarves, cords, belts, open clothing, or jewelry, nothing that could get caught in the equipment or pose a strangulation risk.
  • Participants must have their hands free at all times. They should also avoid objects in their pockets and/or in their mouths (gum, candy, or other). It is also recommended to have hair tied back.
  • No GoPro cameras are allowed.
  • Except for recommended shoes, no personal sports equipment can be used in the Center unless you have consulted with the staff and obtained their approval.
  • Unsecured lockers are available for customers.
  • The Center cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers should therefore be vigilant with their personal belongings.
  • It is mandatory to walk at all times in the Center.
  • No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be tolerated.
  • No pets are allowed in the Center.
  • Clients are personally responsible for their personal belongings.

Trampolines

  • Wearing non-slip socks is highly recommended for trampoline activities (sold at the reception). Otherwise, participants or clients must go barefoot on any trampoline area. Regular socks are therefore prohibited.
  • Children aged 5 and under (only eligible during Small Jumpers hours) must be supervised by their parent or responsible person at all times on the trampoline platform in the areas open to them.
  • Only one person per trampoline is allowed to jump.
  • It is forbidden to jump with a child in your arms or in a baby carrier.
  • It is forbidden to throw a person onto the inflatable air bags.
  • Jump in the middle of the trampolines.
  • Flips are permitted in designated areas only.
  • Please do not sit or rest on the trampolines or safety mats.
  • Clinging or climbing on the angled trampoline safety mats is not permitted.
  • Do not jump head first into the trampolines or airbags.
  • Do not land on your stomach/chest in the airbag.
  • Gainer flips (forward moving back flips) are not allowed.
  • It is forbidden to do a backflip into the inflatable cushion.

High Performance Trampolines

It is mandatory to be over 6 years old and accredited to jump on this type of trampoline. (fees applicable for accreditation)

Level 1 :

  • Acrobatic jumps are prohibited.
  • No jumping from the blocks

Level 2 :

  • Acrobatic jumps are allowed according to your skill level.
  • Jumping from the modules is allowed.

Dodge Ball

  • Keep the balls in the Dodge Ball area.
  • Throw with your hands only (no kicking the dodge balls).
  • Do not throw balls at the head or face of the other players.

Ninja Course

  • To fully enjoy the play area, we recommend a minimum age of 8 years.
  • It is necessary to follow the direction of the course and move continuously through the obstacles.
  • Only one person is allowed per obstacle at a time.
  • Do not sit or lay in the agility course.
  • Children ages 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Indoor Playground

  • This area is available for children ages 12 and under only (ASTM Regulations).
  • An accompanying guardian is permitted to help children ages 3 and under only.
  • Accompanying guardian is not allowed to help children ages over 3
  • The parent or responsible person must supervise the child in their care.
  • Do not climb or run in the slides.
  • Climbing in the safety nets is not permitted.

Gladiator

  • Access to this play area is only allowed from the beams.
  • A maximum of two people can be on each beam at the same time.
  • It is imperative that people already in this area exit the beams or inflatable cushions before entering.

Valo Jump

  • Non-slip socks or bare feet are required. No regular socks allowed.
  • Only one jumper is allowed inside the game area.
  • Jump in the center of the trampolines.
  • Once your turn is over, please allow others to participate.

Valo Climb

  • We recommend wearing socks or indoor shoes to climb on the wall.
  • Once your turn is over, please allow others to participate.

Imagination Zone

  • Please keep the foam structures in the dedicated area.
  • Trowing the foam blocks / structures is not allowed.
