In the Tête d’affiche series, we shine a light on the people behind the O-Volt experience—those who bring our values to life every day, on the floor, alongside families, children, and teams.

Today, we are proud to introduce Callam Elliott. A familiar face within the O-Volt family, Callam is preparing to take a major step forward: becoming co-franchisee of O-Volt Quebec City, with an opening scheduled for June 2026.

His journey is anything but a shortcut. It is the result of years of learning, self-reflection, hands-on leadership, and a deep, genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

A People-First Profile

Three Words to Define Him

If he had to describe himself in three words, Callam would choose driven, approachable, and resilient.

He is driven by a constant desire to improve and push himself further, especially when he truly cares about what he is building. He is approachable because he values honest communication and genuine human connection—being someone people feel comfortable turning to. And he is resilient, because when things do not go as planned, he sees it as a chance to learn, adapt, and move forward without losing motivation.

These values have shaped every stage of his journey at O-Volt.

Growing from Within O-Volt

A Hands-On Path From the Ground Up

Callam did not join O-Volt with a predefined career plan. He started as a frontline employee, eager to learn—even if, as he openly admits, he was not perfect at first.

Over the years, he worked in nearly every role:

  • at the front desk,
  • as a trampoline coach,
  • as a day camp leader,
  • and eventually in management and leadership positions.

This versatility allowed him to understand O-Volt from the inside, down to its inner workings. He knows what each role entails, what each team member needs to do their job well, and how everything fits together to provide a smooth and safe experience for families.

Lessons That Last

Those years taught him patience, adaptability, and—most importantly—the value of seeing
things from other people’s perspectives. It is a lesson that continues to guide his leadership
style today.

The Turning Point

When Everything Came Together

There was no single defining moment, but rather a series of experiences that slowly shaped
his vision. Still, one moment stands out clearly.

During a summer camp in Sherbrooke, on a day when everything seemed to go wrong—
unexpected absences, equipment issues, logistical challenges—the team pushed through.
Despite the chaos behind the scenes, children and parents left smiling, sharing how much
fun they had.

That contrast between operational challenges and the joy experienced by families
confirmed something essential for Callam: this was exactly what he wanted to keep
building.

From Employee to Co-Franchisee

A Natural Evolution

Becoming a co-franchisee represents much more than a change in title. It’s the culmination of years of commitment, hard work, and personal growth.

On a personal level, it means taking ownership of something he is truly passionate about.

Professionally, it gives him the opportunity to shape a culture, lead with intention, and
create a lasting impact within a community.

What makes him most proud today is the journey itself—starting from the ground up and
now being ready to open a new chapter.

Why Quebec City?

A City That Reflects O-Volt’s Spirit

For Callam, Quebec City is the perfect place for a new O-Volt location. It is large enough to
support a vibrant and active family community, yet human-scaled enough to maintain a
strong sense of connection and belonging.

He appreciates how much families in Quebec City value quality time, physical activity, and
shared experiences. He envisions O-Volt Quebec City as a welcoming, community-driven
space, built through meaningful connections with:

  • schools,
  • day camps,
  • and local events.

The O-Volt Quebec City Experience

A Powerful First Impression

From the moment families walk through the doors of O-Volt Quebec City in June 2026,
Callam wants them to feel energy, excitement, and possibility.

For children, it should feel like stepping into a world designed just for them—where they can
jump, explore, and challenge themselves freely. For parents, it should feel safe, welcoming,
and reassuring.

The emotion he wants everyone to leave with is simple yet powerful: joy, paired with the
desire to come back again.

Creating Lasting Memories

What Truly Makes the Difference

A memorable visit to O-Volt is built on several key elements:

  • engaging and stimulating facilities,
  • a strong focus on safety,reassuring safety,
  • an enthusiastic and caring team,
  • and close attention to detail.

What never gets old for Callam are the spontaneous reactions—the laughter, the
excitement, and the moments families share together. These are the experiences that turn a
simple visit into a lasting memory.

A Strong Team Culture

The Heart of the Project

For Callam, team culture is not optional—it is foundational. In Sherbrooke, and later at the LaSalle location, he helped build teams that were close-knit, supportive, and proud of what they did.

His goal for O-Volt Quebec City is clear: to create an environment where employees feel supported, valued, and genuinely excited to say they have one of the coolest jobs around.

O-Volt: A Family

Values That Resonate

Among O-Volt’s core pillars, three resonate most deeply with Callam:

  • Fun, in abundance
  • Unforgettable experiences
  • Community spirit

These values are what kept him engaged, helped shape his path, and motivated him to take this next step.

A Message for Quebec City Families

Even before opening day, Callam has one message for families in Quebec City: he cannot wait to meet you, connect with you, and create experiences for your children—and for the entire family, at any age—that are so active they head home exhausted… but with the biggest smiles on their faces.

O-Volt, to Callam, Is…

A place filled with fun, energy, and community. A space where kids can be themselves, families create memories, and everyone feels welcome.

And above all, a family—without which this journey would never have been possible.
