The Pirouettes
Ages 2 to 3 – Motor Development
A special moment between parents and children, where fun and learning go hand in hand!
Toddlers discover new sensory experiences and stimulate their fine and gross motor skills through fun and safe activities.
Thanks to varied sensory objects and age-appropriate equipment, children explore the world with curiosity and develop their physical abilities, while strengthening the unique bond they share with their parents. 💛

The Cabrioles
Ages 4 to 5 – Base Trampoline Course
Is your child curious, energetic, and loves to bounce? This trampoline introductory course is perfect for them!
Supervised by our qualified coaches, they discover the fundamentals of this stimulating sport while developing their confidence, balance, and coordination.
Through fun and safe games, young people learn to master basic jumps and explore new skills, in an environment where fun and progress go hand in hand. 🎈

The Champions
Ages 6 and up – Beginner Trampoline Course (Level 1)
Ready to reach new heights? This beginner trampoline course allows young people to develop a solid foundation in this dynamic and captivating discipline.
Through games, workshops, and progressive exercises, participants learn to master basic jumps while strengthening their balance, coordination, and confidence.
Our experienced coaches share their best tips and techniques to guide each child towards success, at their own pace and in complete safety.
Prerequisite: completion of the Basic Course (somersaults) or having passed an evaluation during an open house day.

The Saltos
Ages 6 and up – Intermediate Trampoline Course (Level 2)
This intermediate trampoline course is for young people who wish to go further in their learning and refine their movements.
In addition to consolidating basic jumps, participants learn front and back flips, as well as their technical progressions — always under the attentive supervision of our qualified coaches.
In groups, young people expend their energy, build their confidence, and develop better trampoline mastery in a safe and motivating environment.
Our coaches share personalized tips to help everyone progress at their own pace, while having fun!
Prerequisite: completion of the Beginner Trampoline Course (Champions – Level 1) or having passed an evaluation during open house days.

The Baranis
Ages 6 and up – Advanced Trampoline Course (Level 3)
At this level, young athletes take flight! 🚀
Participants are encouraged to set their own goals and push their limits under the supervision of our experienced coaches.
This course focuses on the execution of twists, specialized flips and transitions between moves. Young people develop their technique, control, and creativity while sharing exhilarating moments with their group.
The goal: to perfect their style, build their confidence, and fully experience the passion of trampoline in a safe and motivating environment.
Prerequisite: completion of the Intermediate Trampoline Course (Flips – Level 2) or having passed an evaluation during open house days.

The FreeStyles
Ages 10 and up – Expert Trampoline Course
The expert trampoline course is for passionate young people who wish to reach a higher level and push their limits in a highly stimulating environment.
Supervised by our specialized coaches, participants benefit from personalized training focused on developing their personal goals and knowledge sharing among peers.
This advanced program allows mastery of spectacular techniques such as:

using walls and obstacles for dynamic transitions.
Young people perfect their control, power, and creativity while developing in a safe, motivating, and collaborative environment.
Prerequisite: completion of the Advanced Trampoline Course (Baranis – Level 3) or having passed an evaluation during open house days.

Trampo-Fitness
Ages 16 and up – Cardio Trampoline (All Levels)
Looking for a different, fun, and super effective workout? Cardio-Trampo is for you! 💪
Supervised by a qualified coach, this course combines the benefits of trampoline with targeted strength training exercises to improve your endurance, strength, and balance.
The coach uses the trampoline facilities as well as various training accessories to offer an intense, simple, and accessible session for everyone.
Each class is adapted to the physical level of each participant, whether it’s for getting back in shape, a complete cardio workout, or simply a fun way to move.
Result: a body in motion, a clear mind, and a guaranteed smile after each session! 😄

The Ninjas
Ages 4 to 13 – Agility Class for All Levels
A dynamic course where fun, movement, and self-improvement meet!
The O-Volt agility course introduces young people to a mix of disciplines inspired by parkour, gymnastics, and martial arts, all within a stimulating and safe Ninja course.
Designed for children and teenagers aged 4 to 13, this program promotes the development of essential physical skills to overcome “Ninja Warrior” type obstacles.
Participants learn to:
