The Wall Trampoline
First, the wall trampoline uses a trampoline offering a high bounce capacity framed by a wall and elevated platforms. The participant can jump from the platforms to land on the trampoline while performing tricks during the jump or once the bounce is absorbed. The goal is to use the bounce to chain acrobatics and use the walls to walk or propel oneself.
High Performance Trampolines
Finally, at the O-Volt recreational center, wall trampoline is practiced in the high-flying zone. Obviously, wall trampoline requires a high level of technique. Due to the risk associated with practicing this discipline for beginners, an examination must be passed to assess the participant’s technical level. Two levels can be granted, H.V.1 or H.V.2, allowing or not inverted figures and jumps from the platforms. This exam with a coach, at a cost of $5, is valid for all subsequent visits.
Moreover, for expert jumpers, the high-flying zone allows for innovation in the era of evolving aerial sports. Following the two articles on motor development of youngsters and older individuals, wall trampoline is a great discipline for endless development. With movement sequences constantly evolving, the result is breathtaking!
